British Court Ruled that Anti-Zionism Is Not Anti-Semitism.

A British court ruled that Anti-Zionism is not Anti-Semitism and that the fellow who brought the case should not engage in political debate if he wants his feelings hurt.

I totally agree with the decision. However, some Anti-Semites could argue Anti-Zionism in a bigoted way. We must oppose that abuse of the truth, that the two concepts are totally different.

The story of Gilad Atzmon, who other anti-Zionists condemn as being anti-Semitic.

Ten anti-Zionist authors, including Laurie Penny and Richard Seymour, all of whom have also been published by Zero Books, publicly condemned the publisher in an open letter for releasing the book.[63] They signed a statement arguing:
"The thrust of Atzmon’s work is to normalise and legitimise anti-Semitism. We do not believe that Zero’s decision to publish this book is malicious. Atzmon’s ability to solicit endorsements from respectable figures such as Richard Falk and John Mearsheimer shows that he is adept at muddying the waters both on his own views and on the question of anti-Semitism. But at a time when dangerous forces are attempting to racialise political antagonisms, we think the decision is grossly mistaken."[64]
Truth is, Atzmon says you cannot identify as a Jew and not be a Zionist. That is false! True Torah Jews, for example, believe that Zionist is not of God, and they follow the prophets. Judaism for them is the opposite of Zionism. So, Atzmon is very wrong, IMO.

Anyway, the court ruling in the UK is significant, as we can be clear about our non bigoted Anti-Zionism without being accused of Anti-Semitism at every step along the way.
